Dear Members
There are two more days in which to support the C43 cycleway proposals which will make George Street safer for cyclists and pedestrians, by emailing tmp.westminster@wsp,com quoting 8141-B/LH.
There is also a change to have your say on the council strategies for Praed Street and for Queensway, Westbourne Grove and Porchester Road. These strategies won’t by themselves bring in investment, which mainly has to come from business, but do provide a framework for development.
Praed Street and Queensway, Westbourne Grove and Porchester Road Strategies
As part of its Paddington-Bayswater High Streets Programme, Westminster City Council has been developing a number of projects across the area, including two high street Place Strategies, one for Praed Street, and the other for Westbourne Grove, Queensway and Porchester Road.

The public engagement has been launched from 4 August to 17 September 2025 (6 weeks), to get public feedback on and help refine the draft objectives and strategic proposals. The final two strategy documents, to guide the investors, businesses and other stakeholders involved, will be published in November 2025.
The engagement includes:
This is your chance to have a say.
best regards
The Chairman and Committee
