12th January 2026 Members’ Evening

By WPhydep  Published On December 16, 2025

Members meeting on January 12th on the future of Paddington Square

Since our recent email about the next members’ meeting on 12th January we have heard from our speaker Justin Brand, Asset Director of Paddington Square, that he will be happy to host the meeting at Paddington Square and to show us round the  development.  This is great news as it will give us an opportunity to see round parts of the building that are not in the public domain as well as hear about what is planned for the future.

The meeting will take place from 6.30 – 8.00pm in the Reception area of the Office Building.  This is two floors up from the Praed Street level (above the station) and is accessed by the very long escalator on the Praed Street level next to the main entrance to the Market Halls and Gail’s Bakery and behind the Mercure Hotel.   The escalator goes directly up to the Reception area where we will meet.

Although there will not be the ability to buy drinks during our meeting, you will have the opportunity should you wish to visit one of the restaurants and bars on site afterwards, and you may be particularly interested in visiting the new Ce La Vie bar/restaurant on the rooftop with amazing views of London.

Because we are being shown round the site by our speaker, it would be useful to have an idea of how many people are likely to attend.  We would therefore appreciate it if you could email Susan Quinn at billnsueq@yahoo.co.uk) by Wednesday 7th January letting us know if you (and any others) plan to attend.

In the meantime we wish you all the best for the festive season and a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
